What I liked the most, is that differently from most articles which just lists qualities, yours describe in a way it is easy to understand how to implement that quality in our daily lives. I`m currently having to make a decision, take a big step, and through your article I identified a few things as for example that being away from my family, is a sacrifice that doesn’t empower me towards my path (it is way more than that), but #18, well rounded and balanced, + the 2 years pandemics, gave me a new perspective how family is a wonderful support for our dreams. Congrats. You are truly helping people!! Already sent to my 21 niece, so she knows it at an early age!!

Great point Shawn – we all have limits to our time and energy, so how we spread that out matters in terms of the results we get. I also agree in general it is important to focus on a few things so you put in the work to stand out. When I think about well-rounded and balance, I see it less about watering things down and moving towards the average, and more about maximizing the important areas in your life. For example, if you have great relationships, an awesome career, and fantastic health, that would be quite extraordinary. Also, it may be hard to be financially free if you don’t have a thriving professional life or great health. Thanks for reading and sharing your thoughts!
