Hi Nadine, thanks for your interesting comment. I&#039;ve heard of enneagrams but never knew much about them. Can you give examples of what questions other types would want to ask in the context of the article? I definitely recognize that the map is not the territory and I may be presenting only on map of the territory to elicit needs from a customer.]]></description>
