Thanks for your comment Lorna. Single task focus counterintuitively allows us to get more done than multitasking. I am still working on this as well and meditating has definitely helped me to keep my mind from wandering and thinking about all the other things I want to do.]]></description>

I agree with Christine, what I&#039;m taking from this is to live a happy and passionate life in the here and now. You never know what&#039;s round the corner so you might as well make the most of what you have right now.  I also agree that focusing on one thing at a time is a great way to get things done. It takes a bit of discipline but I think it&#039;s worth it and I need to do it more. Good interview, and a great idea for a series!]]></description>
