Some great advice here. We all know how easy it would be to have a pity party but here’s the thing to realise: every time something cr@p happened in your life it brought you a step closer to where you are today. If that’s a bad place then ‘this’ is your cr@p stepping stone to somewhere better, if you’re in a good place then look back and realise the cr@p helped you get here. Take a moment and appreciate the cr@p because it’s all part of your overall journey. Take care.
