Your dream job should fulfill all of your goals not just your interests or talents. Part of being fulfilled is to make sure all of your needs and wants are met (work-life balance, financial, health, meaning, etc.). You may not know what the end result will look like right now, the idea is to move in the direction based on what you learn about yourself.
