I’m trying to prioritize my list of values but finding it hard to compare the two values. What should I do?

Consider creating a real-life scenario with your two values. For example, if you're comparing FAMILY vs. ADVANCEMENT, ask yourself:

"If my boss offered me a promotion with a nice raise but it meant traveling more and spending less time at home, would I take the job?"

If you'll take the job, you value ADVANCEMENT over FAMILY and that's what you'll pick in your 1-on-1 comparisons.
